As a young man, my pals and I were always looking for someplace we could call our own.

The hardest thing I have ever had to do was quit smoking cigarettes.

I know that you hear it from nearly everyplace lately, but let me reiterate for them; don’t start smoking.

Smoking cigarettes can and will kill you. If you already smoke and can’t stop, then buy the organic tobacco and roll your own. They don’t have nearly as much poison and contaminants as the major cigarette company cigarettes have. Personally, I would rather smoke marijuana than tobacco. Marijuana really can relax you without all the harmful chemicals going into your bloodstream. Marijuana isn’t addictive like tobacco. The nicotine in cigarettes is highly addictive and it is the part of the cigarette that can also kill. The filter cigarettes are made to remove some of the nicotine, but the filters used to be made of asbestos, so it was still a whammy to your lungs. In many areas, recreational marijuana has now been legalized. You can go into a cannabis dispensary and purchase marijuana as long as you are over twenty-one. You can’t even buy cigarettes unless you’re over twenty-one. Granted there are many people who will purchase cigarettes for you, but that can land them in jail. They seem to think it is better than marijuana, but they are wrong. If you are thinking that purchasing marijuana is more expensive tobacco for cigarettes, then you’re wrong. There are some high-end strains of marijuana that can be quite expensive. There are also some very affordable strains of marijuana that are affordable and yet more rewarding than any cigarette I have ever smoked.

I have great ideas sometimes and I love to share them.

Not all of my ideas are accepted, nor am I looked at as being brilliant.

I just have a degree in business, and some of my ideas are worth taking a long look at. I came up with an idea on how to increase business in our local marijuana dispensary. It was owned by a man who was thinking about expanding, but without expansion in the current location, there was no reason to grow. A lot of his current customers were musicians and I had heard some of them talking. They wanted to have a venue where they could showcase their music. They didn’t want to be paid, just the chance to get together and jam. I asked the owner if he would be interested in allowing them to play outside of the building, under the carport. We could get some picnic tables and set them up for people to sit and listen to them. He didn’t think this would get people into the cannabis dispensary, but I wasn’t finished. I wanted to take back the spare stockroom and turn it into a kitchen. If people could smell the fresh baked brownies, space cakes, cookies and other items, it would entice them to come inside. Anyone who bought over $75 in marijuana products could get a free edible. If he offered the edibles for sale along with being an incentive, it would also be a boost to the business. In the first month, the cannabis dispensary saw a twenty-five percent hike in their sales and it was only getting better.

Back in the sixties, hippies were everywhere. They founded communes all over the country and they were known to be big marijuana users. Their communes included a lot of farming. They grew and raised everything they needed to sustain their families. Over time, they became active members of the area. Instead of being outcast for the way they were living and their ideas on military draft, they were accepted. Some people were actually jealous of the way they were able to perform together and survive without the rest of the world. Everyone knew about the marijuana, but none of the other communities seemed to be irritated. Our community soon became well known for the cannabis that they were growing. They had cornered the market on marijuana for the entirety of their half of the state. Growing up in this community, I knew that marijuana was a normal part of our life. I was farming the product even before I knew what it was. I didn’t see many people smoking or using marijuana, but there weren’t any laws against it. We are now a community of about ten thousand people and we still have the market for marijuana cornered. We now have cannabis dispensaries all over the state and several throughout the rest of our country. I don’t think I need to say that we strictly carry the marijuana products that are grown on our farms. Our farms are also the source for many other cannabis dispensaries. It is homegrown and there is no need to worry about contamination. It is the perfect marijuana product for cannabis dispensaries.

Ever since I was in high school, I always worried about the hometown people.

I always tried to convince people that they should only buy local.

It seemed wrong to buy from large stores like walmart when you had locals growing the same vegetables and fruits. It may have been cheaper in the store, but you knew the people you were buying from and you were supporting your hometown. That had to mean something for these people. When cannabis dispensaries began opening in our area, I was upset. They were taking jobs away from people who were working hard to keep their families fed and sheltered. I knew several local marijuana distributors in our area, and I was sure it was their families that were going to suffer with the onset of legal cannabis dispensaries. By buying your cannabis in the cannabis dispensary, you were putting these young entrepreneurs out of business. I was really upset. I understand that by going to the cannabis dispensary you were getting your marijuana legally, but that didn’t change the way I felt about putting people out of business. I went downtown and talked to a couple of the independent marijuana distributors. I told them that with their knowledge of marijuana and other products, they would be perfect for getting a job in the cannabis dispensary. I don’t know if they’ll take my advice and get a job. I’m sure they are making a lot more money selling marijuana than working in a cannabis dispensary, but at least they’ll be doing what they like legally.

When I graduated from college, my one professor told me I wouldn’t make anything of my life.

He didn’t think I had any motivation.

I knew he didn’t like me, but I didn’t care. Twenty years later, I had been working for a cannabis dispensary for fifteen years, and for five of those years I owned the cannabis dispensary I was working in. One afternoon, he came strolling into the cannabis dispensary. He wasn’t as tall as I remembered and he looked much less robust than I remembered. His attitude was still the same, but he was definitely getting older. I didn’t think he remembered who I was. He was asking about the different types of marijuana I had in the store. We talked about the strains and the edibles. He told me that he had been a big user of marijuana products since he was in his teens. You have so many ideas that you need to get them out.

Most of us will walk away disgruntled because no one wants to hear your thoughts. I was lucky to find someone who believed in me. My wife and I packed up our clothes and sleeping bags, grabbed some food and took all of our money from the bank. We were heading anywhere, but we didn’t know where. When we ran out of money, we stopped for a while, got jobs and worked. We would then get back on the road. When our car wouldn’t run anymore, we knew we had found our home. I started working at a cannabis dispensary and my wife was making space cakes, brownies, and creating the best marijuana infused candy that anyone had ever tasted. I was talking to my boss one day and I offered him some of the edibles my wife made. I told him that I thought we could maybe sell some of the edibles. I end up writing my first book about the historical and anthropological history of marijuana, or cannabis

Most people begin thinking about their future when they are in college. I think that most people have the same goals in life. They want to be able to get a job that pays well and is something you enjoy doing well enough to want to work hard at it. It’s important to choose your profession wisely, so you can make these dreams come true. I knew I wanted to get an education, but I had no idea what I was going to go to school for. I spent four years in college, not once thinking about what I was doing when I got out of school. I wanted to write, but there was a wide open space in saying I wanted to write. In the meantime, my friends and I were smoking pot. The more pot I smoked, the more questions I was coming up with. Then it suddenly hit me that I wanted to know when marijuana came into existence and what people used it for. I knew that some people used marijuana for recreation, but centuries ago, it was used in religious ceremonies, and to help people with philosophical quandaries. I end up writing my first book about the historical and anthropological history of marijuana, or cannabis. Once I began this adventure into cannabis, my research took me down many different avenues. I have now written a total of five books and all of them are about marijuana. I am now beginning my sixth book about the onset of cannabis dispensary and how they are here to stay.

I was reading an article the other day, and it really had me thinking. The link that I got to this article was found on a paysite, so I couldn’t even tell anyone about the article. It was talking about an entire commune of people who protested the Vietnam war and moved into a forgotten area of the state. They built an entire town that existed entirely on the income they brought in. They had families and friends and no one ever left. They have houses, dug wells and survived on the food they grew and raised. They raised marijuana to help make money. They were producing a high grade strain of marijuana. Everyone there grew their own marijuana and they were selling it so they had income coming into the community. They weren’t drug dealers, since they didn’t go out and sell marijuana off the street. They simply sold the marijuana to the east coast wholesalers who bought the crops on a monthly basis. As the neighborhood grew, they needed more workers for the marijuana fields. The population grew so large that they built medical facilities and schools. Now that marijuana is being legalized, they have a legal, thriving neighborhood. They are supplying high grade marijuana and CBD to most of the marijuana dispensaries on the East Coast. It’s funny how these people started out doing things illegally to escape the war and keep their lives going. Now, they are supplying a much needed Holistic health item that is helping everything from sleep issues to cancer issues. They have done it all with marijuana as their lifeline.
