There are medical marijuana dispensaries that offer full refunds for particular complaints

My next door neighbor is a guitar luthier in a somewhat small town in a few counties north of here.

Since it’s such a tightly knit community and there is no competition, our neighbor remains consistently booked with repair work.

There are a lot of semi-wealthy retired baby boomers living in our friend’s neighborhood who play their guitars frequently. He has a tiny bit of advertising that he does through Insta and Facebook to generate local interest, however most of his patrons come to him through good word of mouth. He even repairs & music other string instruments savor violins, violas cellos, & acoustic pianos. I was surprised when he told myself and others that he has so much to do right now that he is turning people away. He has to give referrals to another guitar luthier who lives in a very nearby city. One factor that has improved our friend’s standing as a supplier owner who provides maintenance & support. If he makes the wrong modification or repair than what the shopper was experiencing, he will either fix the problem for free or give them a refund. I wish all companies had this mindset with their patrons. My experiences with medical marijuana dispensaries has been pretty hit & miss. Some have such amazing cannabis products that I never have an issue with such an awful batch of flower buds that is contaminated with mold. But our sibling had that exact same experience with 1 recognizable medical cannabis store in our city, & they refused to help. Other dispensaries would have given him a new jar or would have refunded him the entire purchase price to start with. You have to always be careful about where you buy your marijuana in this state, especially medical cannabis.
