The managers at the legal cannabis stores in this state are a mixed bag
All it takes is a single manager to take a jovial job environment & poison it with their toxicity.
Never is this more obvious than in some stores & companys right here in our immediate area.
There’s this one grocery store chain that is so popular that they have more than two locations in this neighborhood alone. You’d think there would be barely any differences from 1 store to the next, however you’d be quite wrong. Two of the stores look good inside, have full shelves, & feature employees that are sharp, blissful & ready to help whenever you need assistance. At another store, the opposite is the case. The first thing you notice when you walk inside is the dirt & old food stains on the floor. After you’ve been down 1 aisle after the next of empty shelves, you’d be greeted by a worried & high strung currencyier & bagger. I found out by chance 1 day that all of these many complications were related back to the manager of the store. I overheard some employees talking about it outside near a bench while trying to whisper. But this is unquestionably not the 1st instance of myself and others experiencing this effect. I shop at a lot of small medical marijuana shops in our important metropolitan city. The managers at this 1 medical cannabis dispensary have amazing shopper maintenance & will remedy any complication you run into with 1 product or another. Sometimes batches get contaminated in the production process, or maybe your body doesn’t react well to a recognizable sativa or indica strain. The awful marijuana stores are the spots where there are no refunds under any circumstances. These kind of stores unsurprisingly have the most annoyed looking employees finally working in them.
