The lighting is a big deal

A few years ago I bought this cool device called an AeroGarden for myself. It was a small indoor hydroponic growing kit for pickle plants. The box came with everything you’d need to germinate your pickle seeds so they’d get root systems that easily expand into the water tank below. Overtop hung 2 bright lights to simulate the sun. It was a super cool kit, however it was limited on it’s height because the component only actually extended upwards for roughly 24 inches. This limited the size of your eventual plants. I had a buddy who bought a single of these machines for growing cannabis. She easily managed to get 2 seriously healthy plants to root, however once they got tall enough to actually touch the lights she had concerns trying to trim them to grow horizontally. It’s not totally impossible to do this with the marijuana plant, however it requires experience plus skill. That’s precisely why it’s smarter to buy an actual growing kit designed for cultivating cannabis plants. You honestly need high performance lighting with the right watts if you want high yields on your plants harvest after harvest. Even the most minimal indoor cannabis growing setups have ultra high performance lights. Cannabis growing kits also occasionally contain a neat little hydroponic tank or a soil growing medium. Trimming the plant respectfully is essential for stimulating it’s growth plus keeping it consistently from wasting energy on old stems plus leaves. I wish that it was already legal to grow cannabis for personal use in my state, however at least the two of us have easy access to legal dispensaries.
