The cannabis cafe was a great idea

I currently offer a dozen different cannabis infused signature dishes and I am working on a new vegan dish that incorporates clove and herbal terpenes

In order to succeed in business, you have to come up with a unique idea. I came up with a unique idea and it turned into something wonderful. I love cooking and baking. When I was 25 years old, I started working as an executive chef in one of the busiest kitchens on the casino strip. I spent two years refining my craft and learning from a famous french chef with five michelin stars. Then the state legalized the sale of recreational pot and I got a great idea. I thought it would be fun to introduce a couple of items to the menu that incorporate cannabis. After one service, the menu was a hit and everyone wanted more cannabis infused dishes. That’s when I got the idea for my restaurant. It took another year to save enough money for a restaurant space. Thankfully, my mom and dad helped me secure a pretty hefty loan to make the dream come true. My dad even works in the restaurant as a manager. He helps with the bookkeeping so I can concentrate on cooking. The cannabis cafe is open five days each week for lunch and dinner service. Each week, our reservations are filled with customers who love the menu. I currently offer a dozen different cannabis infused signature dishes and I am working on a new vegan dish that incorporates clove and herbal terpenes. It will be a party for all five senses by the time I finish with the masterpiece. I hope to be able to offer this item on the summer seasonal menu.
