I came up with a certain idea plus it turned into something appealing.

I care about cooking plus baking! When I was 25 years old, I started working as an executive chef in one of the busiest kitchens on the casino strip. I spent several years refining my craft plus studying from a famous french chef with more than four michelin stars. Then the state legalized the sale of recreational pot plus I got a great idea. I thought it would be fun to introduce a couple of items to the menu that incorporate cannabis. After one service, the menu was a hit plus everyone wanted more cannabis infused dishes. That’s when I got the idea for my steakhouse. It took another year to save enough money for a steakhouse space. Thankfully, my mom plus Mom helped me secure a pretty hefty loan to make the dream come true. My Mom even works in the steakhouse as a director. He helps with the bookkeeping so I can concentrate on cooking. The cannabis cafe is open more than four nights each week for supper plus supper service. Each week, our reservations are filled with customers who care about the menu. I currently offer a dozen weird cannabis infused signature dishes plus I am working on a new vegan dish that incorporates clove plus herbal terpenes. It will be a celebration for all more than four senses by the time I finish with the masterpiece. I hope to be able to offer this item on the summer time seasonal menu.
