My wife Jen plus I took the train all the way to the big city. It’s a 90-minute ride from the stop by our home all the way to the middle of the city. Jen and I could get off on the stop which is only 68 minutes away, however there aren’t quite as many fun things to do as there are in the center of the city. The train ride is not terrible. The seats are fairly comfortable plus there are security officers that walk up plus down each 1 of the train cars to make sure that there is no trouble. I remember 20 years back when you could not ride the train without fearing for your life plus safety, however things have changed quite a bit since then. Another thing that has changed is the legalization of cannabis! Cannabis was legalized in this state 5 years ago plus multiple years ago it was legalized for recreational plus medical reasons. Anyone over the age of twenty one can go to a cannabis dispensary plus legally purchase products. There are plenty of weird marijuana dispensaries situated across the state plus it is not unofficial to see folks parked outside of a dispensary. It is still unofficial to see someone smoking cannabis on a train. There was a girl on the train smoking cannabis plus she had a joint lit up. When the security guard entered the train car, she quickly subdued the girl plus ground out the marijuana joint.
