Somebody called to place an order and didn't pick it up

On Monday mornings we get a shipment from the warehouse.

This is the one day during the week when we get jars of shake that are cheaper than the other products in the store. We never know how many jars of marijuana shake that we are going to get until the truck arrives. Sometimes we get one or two strains only and sometimes there are five or six items. Our customers know this is one of the biggest specials we have during the week and people are lined up at the door early on Monday mornings so they can take advantage of the sale. We had to put a limit on the number of items that each person can buy because we were running out of supplies too quickly in the morning. Somebody called to place an order last week. We allow a customer to place an online order and pick it up later. Customers can also call and speak with a cannabis consultant on the phone. One of my budtenders took an order for three of the shake containers and a half ounce of Blue Dream flower. I filled the order myself. The person picking up the order did not give me a time. I remember telling the person that we closed at 9:00 p.m. the customer still had not picked up the order by 7:00 p.m., so I called the telephone number. No one answered and the call went straight to voicemail. The voicemail box was full, so I couldn’t even leave a message. I didn’t even know if I had the right telephone number.
