So many non-profit organizations specialize in cannabis education

As a student at the university, I knew I wanted to job at a non-profit organization so I could get enough life experience to start my own in the future.

I wanted to help people get ongoing mental health care from our state along with educational classes and consultations that teach people where to apply for an assist from the state and how to job their way through the process.

I also wanted to create a help hotline for people stuck in involuntary psychiatric facilities who might not have any family or friends on the outside actually working to help them get out and put them on the long path to recovery. Even at that young of an age, I had seen people slip through the crack and vegetate on psychiatric hold while the bureaucracy ignored their requests and appeals. Since cannabis is widely used now as a medication for a whole slew of mental health issues, it was perfect when I got an internship position with a non-profit that specializes in cannabis education. They hosted weekend events to get citizens who are interested in becoming cannabis patients the best sort of information they need to get the process started. Their other primary focus is with their blog posts. The two of us made current posts with news from the State’s Department of Health whenever the program changes are announced. The two of us have also generated articles when a dispensary sent a press release regarding a current sale on current products coming in the near future. It was the perfect sort of experience within the non-profit sector that I needed to continue on my path to creating my own as I got older. I am so grateful that I found that cannabis education organization, because the comprehension they taught me was so substantial to my work.
