Parkinson’s and changing how I live

After a few months of Parkinson’s, I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

It happened just that fast & without any explanation at all.

One afternoon I was healthy & fit. Then I started feeling as though I had pain in my joints & muscles. So I eased up on my exercise a bit & tried to get more rest. That did nothing & the pain with inflammation simply went up. From a single afternoon to the next, it got worse. I learned I now have Parkinson’s. This week, I’m learning my body again. I am learning how to be myself with the help from the cannabis dispensary. It took finding medical marijuana for me to make any sort of change at all. The best I got from the doctors was a myriad of diagnosis without any assurance that they could help me at all. There was even a single doctor who told me that I was going to die from Parkinson’s. That guy, I wanted to give him the finger. The meds did basically nothing & I was sort of left to my own devices. That’s when I got dire about reading just what I could do. I came across some cannabis information which led me to further research medical marijuana. Once I navigated the marijuana laws in order to get access to the cannabis dispensary, I was on my way. The cannabis products I was given that first day at the legal weed shop were so completely transformative. The inflammation & shakes were significantly cut down nearly instantly. And this led me to engage in other all natural therapies like yoga, food as medicine & of course the cannabis flower products that I was able to get at the legal weed shop. Life is looking a little sweeter.
