Need something to help me sleep
I have never been able to sleep well at night. I have lots going on in my mind and I just feel restless. I tried everything the natural way to help myself sleep easier. I bought a top of the line mattress with gel pillows and bamboo sheets. I got a sound machine and eliminated blue light before bed. I also did yoga to relax and eat kiwi before I went to sleep. All of that is supposed to help a person relax. It did absolutely nothing for me. I went online for more help and found that a lot of people use CBD in order to sleep. CBD comes from the marijuana plant. It has no THC which means you don’t get high with it. You can have CBD gummies, sprays, oils or even lotions. I went to my local cannabis dispensary and bought the gummies and oil to see if I could sleep well at night. An hour before bed I eat a few gummies as a treat. I then have a relaxing cup of tea with a few drops of CBD oil in it. I don’t feel super mellow or even all that different. I have noticed that I sleep longer periods now. I am not totally relaxed and doing a full night yet. So now I am wondering if I up my dose if I will see bigger rewards. I am willing to be high as a kite at night as long as I rest. I am thinking of going back to my diepsnary and asking for a strong dose of weed that will put me out at night.
