My sister suffers from anxiety

My older sibling was suffering with a lot of anxiety, she had been in Vietnam when she was only 18 and most recently she started having other issues because of being there.

  • Her anxieties were getting so bad that she barely left the house.

Her temper was so bad that her husband left her, even though they had been together for over forty years, but last week, I was talking to a friend of mine who is a doctor at the pain management clinic where I work. I said something to him about my sibling’s anxieties. He asked me if our clinic didn’t prescribe marijuana therapy for their patients. I looked at him oddly and he smiled. He reminded me that marijuana was able to help with several physical and emotional concerns. I thanked him, and called my sibling when I got home. I asked her if she had considered using marijuana to help with her anxieties. She said she bought some street marijuana once in a while, that was just to take away the feeling of anger. I chuckled and told her that was an area of anxiety, and I asked how the marijuana helped. She said she could relax, and she almost forgot how bad her life was for a while, and when she heard what she said, she asked if I could prescribe medical marijuana for her! The next day, I sent her information to the state. Within ten days, she was starting on a marijuana regimen and 2 weeks later she was nearly back to herself.
