My sibling got fired for drugs
My sibling lost his task last month, because he tested positive for marijuana, but my sibling has been using marijuana for several years, however we do not live in a state where recreational marijuana is legal, however when some drugs went missing from a cart on the 5th floor, my sibling was working in the building, and everyone in the building was drug tested including my sibling.

My sibling thought they were joking, however they were completely serious. They told my sibling that he had to go to rehab or he was going to be fired and they would put a permanent note on his file. She didn’t know drug rehab was necessary for a marijuana offense, and I know it’s ludicrous and deranged as well. Every one of us only live 60 miles away from several states that have legal recreational marijuana laws. My sibling let the supplier fire her, then now he is fighting them for unemployment based on discrimination, i don’t believe if he will win, but he might confrontation long enough to see marijuan legalized here. It’s on the ballot for a vote in several months. I don’t believe what will happen next time my sibling tries to apply for a task.
