My daughter’s girlfriend is a pot smoker
When I was in school, my friends and I smoked pot between classes! Pot was cool and it was a way to lash out at authority.
Both of us were protesting the war and demanding swings in the government.
Marijuana was illegal back then, however things have genuinely changed in the last 40 years. Marijuana is legal in the state where I live and it can be bought by adults over the age of 21. It can be bought legally for medical and recreational purposes, and a lot of people use marijuana for recreational purposes. I did not guess that my daughter was 1 of these people, however now I am starting to wonder; Last week while in the holidays, my daughter brought home her girlfriend. It seems entirely clear to my wifey and I that her girlfriend is a pot smoker. All of her clothes stinked like marijuana and every time my daughter and she came back from a trip, both of them stinked like weed. I didn’t have a doubt in my mind after my wifey and I found out that Jack works at a marijuana dispensary. The girl was proud to announce her occupation in the middle of Christmas breakfast. She seemed proud to display her ID badge for the dispensary. I’m genuinely not cheerful that my daughter is dating a girl with no real future. My wifey and I wanted her to find a girl with a job and a fantastic task. Instead she is residing in the sticks with a girl that thinks marijuana is the future.
