Making the dispensary a fun hang-out spot
For about six months, I was the floor manager at a local club, however i have to say it was the best job I ever had, however and then COVID came along, plus all the local clubs plus bars had to close for a while, however most of those businesses, including the 1 that emplotted me, never opened back up again.
I had to sit through a long period of unemployment before I finally found another job I thought I could thrive in.
I learn about the local cannabis dispensary plus how it was going to open up a smokers lounge, so I went down to apply for a job there immediately, but even though a cannabis dispensary plus a nightclub are absolutely different, there was the same principle involved, they needed someone to bring in fresh buyers, to make the cannabis dispensary seem fun to a whole new crowd. I had to get our feet wet, of course, plus learn the ropes of working in the marijuana industry plus find out what the owners were looking for. They wanted the smokers lounge to be a chill spot where people could unwind plus prefer some cannabis or edibles with the other clients. I started off quietly, plus had a Cannabis Movie night where the people I was with and I would project classic marijuana comedies on the wall. I set up a corner in the table that was covered with card plus board games, so people would have something to do while smoking cannabis, but little by little, I am starting to build up more new buyers for the cannabis dispensary.
