I was ready to tie him to their car.

Our neighbors have a dog that they don’t control.

Every time we turn around, he is in our yard and using it as a bathroom.

I have told them time and again about his being in our yard, but they tell us he is just an animal. I then told them that if they didn’t keep him inside or locked in the yard, I was going to call the police. I hadn’t seen the dog for quite some time, so I decided to plant a garden. My husband bought a small seedling from the marijuana dispensary. It was only six inches tall, but it was a healthy marijuana plant. My husband planted the marijuana seedling in our garden and we nurtured it for almost a month. The marijuana plant had just reached 24 inches and it was thriving. It was sending out tendrils, and looking healthy. My daughter was outside sunning herself when we heard her scream. I went running while my husband nearly knocked me over to get in front of me. There was a nasty dog from next door. He was digging in my garden and ripping out the plants. My marijuana plant was ripped out by the roots and chewed in half. I was ready to take him next door and tie him to their car, but I was afraid of him. My husband called the neighbor while I tried to replant my marijuana, but it was already too badly damaged. My husband promised to buy me another marijuana plant when spring came. He said the weather would be more humid, and the dog would be gone. He had called the police and they had to do something about their dog.
