I still need two more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts
Two of my weekend delivery drivers got into an argument last weekend and I had to fire both of them.
The argument happened at the cannabis shop in front of customers. I’m pretty sure the drivers were arguing over a girl, but neither one of them would give me details about the situation. Even after I threatened to fire both of them, neither one of them would give me any information. I checked the security cameras and I couldn’t get any more details. After the kerfuffle in the store, I had to set a firm example to the rest of the staff. I decided to let both of the employees go after the altercation. I didn’t want other employees to think that type of behavior was going to be tolerated. Unfortunately, that means I have to find more delivery drivers to work on the weekends. The weekends are extremely busy at the cannabis shop, especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s difficult to find drivers that went to work every Saturday and Sunday, but I feel that schedule works out best when a person can sign up for every weekend. I still need two more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts. I’m going to interview a few candidates on Saturday afternoon. I’m hopeful that some of them will qualify and do well during the interview. The holidays are quickly approaching and the store will be busy with customers until the end of the year. Believe it or not, weed is a great stocking stuffer at Christmas. If you have a grown up on your list, it might be a good idea.
