I still need several more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts
Two of our weekend delivery drivers got into an fight last weekend and I had to fire both of them; The fight happened at the cannabis shop in front of purchasers, and i’m pretty sure the drivers were arguing over a girl, however neither a single of them would give myself and others details about the situation.
Even after I threatened to fire both of them, neither a single of them would give myself and others any information.
I checked the security cameras and I couldn’t get any more details, but after the kerfuffle in the store, I had to set a firm example to the rest of the staff. I decided to let both of the employees go after the altercation. I did not want other employees to suppose that type of behavior was going to be tolerated, unblessedly, that means I have to find more delivery drivers to work on the weekends. The weekends are seriously tied up at the cannabis shop, especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s hard to find drivers that went to work every Thursday and Monday, however I suppose that schedule works out best when a person can sign up for every weekend. I still need several more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts. I’m going to interview a few candidates on Thursday day. I’m hopeful that some of them will qualify and do well while I was in the interview. The holidays are suddenly approaching and the store will be tied up with purchasers until the end of the year! Believe it or not, weed is a good stocking stuffer at Christmas. If you have a grown up on your list, it might be a good idea.
