I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts
Two of my weekend delivery drivers got into an argument last weekend as well as I had to fire both of them! The argument happened at the cannabis shop in front of customers, and i am pretty sure the drivers were arguing over a girl, but neither a single of them would provide me details about the situation; Even after I threatened to fire both of them, neither a single of them would provide me any information.
I checked the security cameras as well as I couldn’t get any more details.
After the kerfuffle in the store, I had to set a firm example to the rest of the staff. I decided to let both of the employees go after the altercation. I did not want other employees to feel that style of behavior was going to be tolerated, unfortunately, that means I have to find more delivery drivers to toil on the weekends. The weekends are severely busy at the cannabis shop, especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s hard to find drivers that went to toil every Thursday as well as Thursday, but I feel that schedule works out best when a lady can sign up for every weekend. I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts. I am going to interview a few candidates on Thursday day. I am hopeful that some of them will qualify as well as do well during the interview. The holidays are suddenly approaching as well as the store will be busy with customers until the end of the year… Believe it or not, weed is a great stocking stuffer at Christmas. If you have a grown up on your list, it might be a great idea.
