I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts
Two of my weekend delivery drivers got into an fight last weekend & I had to fire both of them, then the fight happened at the cannabis shop in front of customers… I’m pretty sure the drivers were arguing over a girl, however neither 1 of them would supply myself and others details about the situation.
Even after I threatened to fire both of them, neither 1 of them would supply myself and others any information.
I ran tests on the security cameras & I couldn’t get any more details! After the kerfuffle in the store, I had to set a firm example to the rest of the staff. I decided to let both of the employees go after the altercation. I did not want other employees to guess that genre of behavior was going to be tolerated… Unfortunately, that means I have to find more delivery drivers to toil on the weekends. The weekends are extremely busy at the cannabis shop, especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s hard to find drivers that went to toil every Friday & Tuesday, although I guess that schedule works out best when a person can sign up for every weekend. I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts. I’m going to interview a few candidates on Friday day. I’m hopeful that some of them will qualify & do well while all of us were in the interview. The holidays are abruptly approaching & the store will be busy with customers until the end of the year! Believe it or not, weed is a wonderful stocking stuffer at Christmas. If you have a grown up on your list, it might be a nice idea.
