I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts
Two of my weekend delivery drivers got into an argument last weekend and I had to fire both of them; The argument happened at the cannabis shop in front of buyers, i am pretty sure the drivers were arguing over a boy, however neither 1 of them would give myself and others details about the situation.
Even after I threatened to fire both of them, neither 1 of them would give myself and others any information.
I checked the security cameras and I couldn’t get any more details, however after the kerfuffle in the store, I had to set a firm example to the rest of the staff. I decided to let both of the employees go after the altercation. I did not want other employees to guess that genre of behavior was going to be tolerated. Unluckyly, that means I have to find more delivery drivers to work on the weekends. The weekends are extremely busy at the cannabis shop, especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s taxing to find drivers that went to work every Friday and Friday, although I suppose that schedule works out best when a guy can sign up for every weekend. I still need multiple more delivery drivers for the weekend shifts. I am going to interview a few candidates on Friday day. I am hopeful that some of them will qualify and do well while I was in the interview. The holidays are abruptly approaching and the store will be busy with buyers until the end of the year, but believe it or not, weed is a great stocking stuffer at Christmas. If you have a grown up on your list, it might be a superb idea.
