One of the companies in my portfolio is a glass blowing factory that creates the bowl for every regional dispensary. The glass blowing business contacted me one day to discuss business. I was interested in seeing more of the projects after I saw some samples. I consulted with the owner for several weeks and we got his glass premiered at one of the 420 events. The glass bowls were a huge hit and the vibrant colors had everyone talking. Soon after, the business owner contacted me again for cannabis consulting services. The guy was ready to take the business statewide and he wanted to work with me. I had plenty of contacts in the cannabis industry and I helped the business owner get his foot in the door. Now his glass projects are featured in nearly every single regional dispensary. I am also consulting with the guy to open his own business shop for retail items like glass bowls, pipes, and water bongs. I think the guy is extremely talented and he has a lot of potential to do huge things. His creativity and attention to detail could make him one of the best glassblowers in the state and talented young glass makers are always wanted in the cannabis industry.
