I don’t tell my employees that I didn’t go to college
Although I never even graduated from community school, I never bring that up around my employees; three members of my staff have four year school degrees, and more than one of them have masters degrees, and for all of them, those achievements came with heavy price tags, and debts that they will be paying off for decades, however I never incurred any of those debts, and while I don’t have a lavish piece of paper, I do run my own shop, and deliver these educated fools relaxing paying works! None of them went to school to do tasks in a cannabis dispensary, and I bet that none of them ever envisioned this for themselves, but here every one of us are.
They educated themselves into literally six figures of debt, while I invested my money smartly and now own my own cannabis dispensary, then who’s the smart guy now? Don’t tell my employees I said that, though, because morale at the cannabis dispensary is undoubtedly relaxing right now and I don’t want to screw that up.
We decided to install a current kiosk as a trial run for a cannabis cafe, and if it works out every one of us can expand it into a full area with seating and tables. To begin with, every one of us is offering a small assortment of cannabis and CBD oil infused treats, from the traditional brownies and cakes to more exotic things similar to marijuana croissants and CBD lollipops… Then did this system come from the educated types? No, it came from the high school graduate cannabis dispensary owner, who will spend money on the guy with a masters degree to make marshmallow treats.
