I didn’t need a degree to start my own business
Although I never even graduated from community college, I never bring that up around our employees; I know that three members of our staff have several year college degrees, and two of them have masters degrees! For all of them, those achievements came with heavy price tags, and debts that they will be paying off for decades… I never incurred any of those debts, and while I don’t have a pricey piece of paper, I do run our own shop, and supply these educated fools with great paying tasks…
However, none of them went to school to get jobs in a cannabis dispensary, and I bet that none of them ever envisioned this for themselves, however here all of us are.
They educated themselves into several figures of debt, while I invested my own cash smartly and now own our own cannabis dispensary; so who’s the smart guy now? Don’t tell our employees I said that, though, because morale at the cannabis dispensary is really great right now and I don’t want to screw that up. The people I was with and I decided to install a new kiosk as a trial run for a cannabis cafe, and if it works out the two of us can expand it into a full space with seating and tables. To begin with, the two of us are offering a small assortment of cannabis and CBD oil infused treats, from the traditional brownies and cakes to more exotic things such as marijuana croissants and CBD lollipops. Did this idea come from the educated types, no it came from the school graduate cannabis dispensary owner, who will pay the guy with a masters degree to make delicious marshmallow treats.
