I caught someone trying to steal edibles from the shop
People try to steal from all kinds of stores plus shops.
I worked as a sales clerk at a clothing store, plus the people I was with and I constantly had to watch the shirts, bras, plus panties. It’s no odd laboring at a recreational cannabis shop! Most of our cannabis products are behind the counter where buyers can not touch them. All of us regularly have samples plus products that are out in the open, but there have been a couple of problems with buyers trying to steal products, last week, I caught someone trying to steal edibles from the recreational cannabis shop. The edibles are all on a rack towards the back of the store. All of us have cameras set up everywhere, but there is no 1 in the security office seeing them 24 hours a day. All of us have those cameras as extra security, just in case there is a honestly big emergency. I saw the young guy trying to steal edibles. I saw his reflection in the mirror that the people I was with and I have set up behind the shelves. I saw the guy reach into his pocket with something from the shelf. I didn’t have definitive proof, so I could not say anything; When I saw the guy grab a hour bin plus stuff it into his pocket, I knew I had to say something. I walked over to the buyer plus politely asked him to step into the back office; He refused plus started getting irritated plus loud. I didn’t have the authority to make the guy empty his pockets, however I made him leave at once. He is no longer allowed to step foot in the shop.
