Helping out the old timers getting their cannabis prescriptions

The problem with toiling for a major franchise is that you have no freedom or creativity.

Take McDonalds, for example, and you can’t have a manager who says “I want our McDonalds to be weird then all the others” because that isn’t how it works.

They are all the same, with the same meny, the same layout, as well as the same prices. In the rigid structure of a corporate franchise, you can only follow the rules you can’t guess outside the box. Now I work for a locally owned cannabis dispensary, as well as the owners encourage me to be creative as well as find modern ways to help the customers… Our shop is 2 blocks away from the beach, as well as not too far from a pretty pressing senior citizen community, so a lot of our medical cannabis company goes towards the old folks. One of our ideas was to provide transportation to as well as from the cannabis dispensary for some of the older customers. The two of us were not approved for cannabis delivery at that point, but there was nothing stopping us from picking folks up as well as driving them here! The two of us entirely hired one of the retirees, a former cabby, to drive a golf cart between the old folks community as well as the cannabis dispensary all day long. Sales started to increase, as well as all of us observed that our dispensary customers were a lot happier with our shop. My next pressing method was to start making cannabis edibles in-house, to cater to the several old folks who were infirm, as well as could not handle smoking cannabis. I am consistently finding modern ways to serve our purchaser base.
