Half of the flower items were out of stock
Three different times this week, I received a text message from the cannabis dispensary that I frequently visit. Each text message relayed specials for the upcoming weekend. I found out that all of the top shelf flower products were going to be 20% off on Saturday. I was excited to save 20% on top shelf flower products so I didn’t purchase anything from the dispensary early during the week. I went to the cannabis dispensary after work on Friday with $200 in fresh and crisp $20 bills from the bank. I planned to spend all of it on recreational cannabis supplies. Unfortunately, most of the top shelf flower products were out of stock by the time I arrived. I was hoping to pick up some blue dream flower, but everything was out of stock. Blue Dream is the perfect cannabis for early in the morning. It makes me feel uplifted, energetic, and confident. When the cannabis budtender told me they were out of Blue Dream, I was very disappointed. I decided to get some mimosa, which is another potent and flavorful sativa strain. When I asked the budtender about OG Kush, she told me that all of the top shelf flower was out of stock on that as well. I didn’t understand why they sent so many text messages during the week if they were going to be out of stock before Saturday. The sale was supposed to last Friday, Saturday, and all day Sunday but they were already out of many items before Friday night. I should have scored some blue dream and OG kush earlier in the week instead of waiting until the stupid sale.
