Both of my roommates smoke marijuana
Last month, I found out that I needed to find a new place to live.
My roommate wanted his girlfriend to move into the apartment and he told me to find another place.
The guy gave me 30 days notice, so I had to find another place pretty quickly. I looked online and in the newspaper, but most apartments were too expensive or too far from my job. One of my co-workers mentioned having a room for rent in their house. He was a single guy with a 3-bedroom house and he already had one other person renting a bedroom. He offered the third bedroom in the house to me for a very reasonable rate including cable and Wi-Fi. The only problem with the offer is the fact that both of my roommates smoke marijuana. I don’t use marijuana at all and I have only smoked pot once in my life. I didn’t find it to be an enjoyable experience, so I didn’t try it a second time. My coworker informed me before I moved in that both of the guys in the house smoke marijuana. It is legal in this state, so they aren’t doing anything wrong. Although they do not smoke marijuana inside of the house, most of the place still smells like a pot dispensary. I had to buy an air purifier for my bedroom to keep the terrible smells out of my room. I don’t have any problem with my roommates using marijuana, but I don’t want all of my clothes and furniture to smell like weed.
