Using a topical for muscle soreness

I am a hardcore fitness person.

I work out six days a week an hour everyday. I do a combination of cardio and weight training. I always tend to overwork myself and end up really injured. Heating pads, ice and icy hot were my friends for a very long time. I then started hunting for something that was a little stronger. I found that a lot of people are turning to topicals for chronic pain. A topical can reduce the inflammation in the body and loosen the muscles up. It also can calm the mind and stop muscle tension. I figured it was worth a try. Since my state offers both recreational and medicinal marijuana, it wasn’t a huge thing popping over to the cannabis dispensary near me. I looked over the selection of topicals, consulted with a budtender, and chose the one that I liked best. Now after my workouts I slather the topical on the store areas. It really works so much better than any of my previous treatments. It gently numbs and tingles the area. It smells like a peppermint mixed with lavender. I like that it isn’t greasy and also does not contain any THC. I am not going to get high off of spreading cream on my sore areas. There are topicals that do that, but I don’t want to be high after a workout. So far this topic has been working out great for me. I have been recommending it to all my buddies at the gym.
