I’m fatigued from doing all the heavy lifting
Each month at my job, every one of us get a shipment of new recreational marijuana supplies.
The recreational marijuana supplies always arrive in substantial boxes, then each 1 of the boxes has to be detached from the supply truck plus taken into the back stockroom. Business has been quite busy plus every one of us have been stocking up on a lot more supplies. Last week, every one of us had four times as many substantial boxes in the truck as usual. Most of the time, I detach all of the boxes from the truck because I am the only guy that works during the day. I do not certainly mind finally working with so many ladies, so it has never been a concern until now. When the back of the truck opened up plus the others saw all of the packages, they rapidly walked away plus let myself and others do all of the heaviest lifting. I spent three hours on loading the truck plus another more than one hours on packing up all of the recreational marijuana supplies. No 1 offered to lift 1 finger to help plus that made myself and others assume upset plus agitated. I never want to be taken advantage of because I am a nice guy. Just because I usually take care of the heavier task doesn’t mean that I want to perform the labor by myself every time. I do not understand how to talk to the manager of the cannabis store about the issue, because I do not want to sound as if I am a sexist pig. I guess I’m stronger than most of these ladies, but every one of us make the same amount of pay plus every one of us should be able to perform the same work.
