I didn’t know what to expect when I first walked into a marijuana dispensary, but it wasn’t this, however as soon as I walked into the greeting area, my senses were assaulted with the odor of marijuana, however i thought the smell would only be there when you were using it. I didn’t realize the odor would be coming from the plant, and had I thought about it, I would have known that plants supply off the smell, then my flowers don’t just odor wonderful when you sniff the flower, but the entire plant has a distinctive smell, as well as so does marijuana. I told them I was surprised to odor the marijuana so strongly when I walked in the door, however the girl at the counter laughed. According to her, various people were taken aback when they first walked in. It is a bit overwhelming to be greeted by the smell of marijuana when it had been illegal for so long… Your first time at a marijuana dispensary is overwhelming enough to begin with. I had to laugh, knowing she was right. She said you get used to it after a while. I wasn’t sure I was going to get used to it, but if I wanted to go to the marijuana dispensary once in a while, I had no choice… When I got home, my mother turned her nose up as well as walked away.
