I changed my mind quickly
After the guy mentioned cannabis, I really wasn’t going to turn down the game
I recently started working at an up-to-date accounting firm a couple of weeks ago plus a lot of the guys have tried to be super friendly. I’m not an outgoing or sociable person, so I don’t go out of our way to be friends with anyone. I am fine. Plenty cordial plus nice, but I have not accepted anyone’s invitation to go out for drinks plus I definitely have not invited anyone to hang out with me after work either. Last weekend 1 of our newer co-workers invited me to go to a baseball game. The baseball game sounded tempting, but there was no way I was going to rest outside in the heat plus humidity for 4 hours. Then our coworker said he had some really great cannabis products the other day that he was going to bring to the game. When I heard cannabis, our attention was instantly redirected. I did not suppose that our coworker was a cannabis product user plus I definitely did not suppose why or how he thought that I was. The two of us clicked right then. I asked our coworker what genre of cannabis product he had plus he told me that he easily had a lot of things that all of us could pick. After the guy mentioned cannabis, I really wasn’t going to turn down the game. It was already a tempting invitation plus the amazing addition of cannabis made me a lot more interested. I went to the game with our new coworker plus all of us really had a pretty great time. The loft team won a few, so all of us got free beers at a bar when the game was over.
