Getting out and getting to the cannabis dispensary
Staying home this year was not all that tough for me.
I hear all the time from people and family how tough it was this year due to Covid.
And for sure, I hate all the fallout from this pandemic. Mostly, I hate the fact that so many have died in such a lonely way to leave the planet. That is heart breaking. Yet for me, being at home wasn’t all that hard. I have been working at home for years now. However, I have also made myself get up and get out. And one of my most favorite excursions is the local cannabis spot. I like recreational marijuana and have enjoyed different kinds of cannabis products over the years. When you live alone and you work alone from home, it’s important to get out and be social. Many of us who work and live at home alone tend to lean on the internet for our social interactions. I know that this got to be a bit much for me at one point. While I’m not much of a club or bar person, I do like being around the people I meet at the local cannabis spot. What’s more is they have a nice little cannabis cafe where like minded people tend to hang out. This has been an important place for me over the last few years. And since there is outdoor seating at the cannabis cafe, the Covid protocols didn’t interfere with me seeing people in the flesh. It’s good to get out and be around human kindness. Sometimes we take it for granted when in fact, it’s really a very special thing that we should all do more to embrace and share.
