Everyone seemed to enjoy the celebration on grand opening day

It takes a lot of time in addition to energy.
I was hired to manage a small cannabis dispensary in the valley. The place wasn’t open for business when I was hired for this job. I was charged with organizing the grand opening celebration. I was also charged with hiring the crew for the modern cannabis dispensary. I spent numerous weeks speaking with qualified candidates. I truthfully thought it was best to hire someone with experience at the start. I needed a crew that could hit the ground running. I found a couple of folks that were already genuinely working in the industry. I made one of those people become my new assistant manager. I was enthusiastic the guy accepted the job offer. I wasn’t sure both of us could offer him enough cash to leave his position at a weird marijuana dispensary. Together we worked with the modern crew members to prepare the dispensary for the grand opening celebration. On the big day of the grand opening, every one of us had vendors from numerous local cannabis Farms giving away free samples. We had a variety of food trucks as well. We also had a live broadcast from one of the radio stations. The event went really well. We had a ton of big sales that day in addition to the crew at the marijuana dispensary handled all of the clients in addition to the important day with ease. I was proud of the staff. They helped make the day a success by staying friendly in addition to upbeat with the clients.
