Medicinal cannabis helps with health issues caused by stressful job

My job is demanding plus stressful. I am often required to head into work early, stay late or spend my weekends at the office. Because of the pressure plus sedentary lifestyle, I’ve developed problems with neck pain, insomnia, migraines, carpal tunnel plus tennis elbow. I sporadically get worried or experience depression. I really really love my job. I’m constantly paid really well plus benefit from excellent healthcare coverage. There was a point where I considered quitting. I worried that I was sacrificing my physical plus mental health. A friend of mine proposed cannabis to treat my variety of problems! She explained how cannabis is a plant-based remedy that offers a wide range of health benefits without causing harmful side-effects, ready to try anything, I made an appointment with a doctor qualified to make medicinal marijuana recommendations. The process wasn’t overly taxing or time-consuming. With my MMJ card in hand, I made a trip to the closest dispensary. I explained my problems to a budtender who was really sympathetic, expertiseable plus helpful. He explained that CBD products effectively treat pain, inflammation, stress, mood problems, sleep problems, migraines plus all sorts of complaints without causing any psychoactive effects. I can take these products before or while in the workday plus remain clear-headed. After I get beach condo from work or while in free time on weekends, I sporadically choose high in THC products that are a great way to unwind plus relax. I am still experimenting with odd types of consumption methods, strains plus potency to figure out what I appreciate best. It is such a relief to finally have a positive outlook.

Treating my period symptoms with CBD

I have struggled with severely difficult menstrual cycles since puberty; I went on an oral contraceptive at the age of thirteen to help with the intense pain of cramps. There was little improvement, and for over twenty years, I’ve spent many weeks every week dealing with a swollen abdomen, back pain, insomnia, migraines, constipation in addition to mood swings. I’ve tried beach house remedies in addition to over-the-counter medicines with very limited success. I was uncomfortable with the harmful consequences of synthetic remedies, but while researching natural alternatives, I discovered cannabis. I hadn’t realized that there were cannabis products targeted at alleviating menstrual pain; Because only medicinal marijuana is currently legal in our state, I first need to go through the whole qualification process to get our MMJ card. Fortunately, this was completed fairly quickly. I was then able to visit the dispensary! My intention was to purchase CBD gummies, vapes, beverages or tinctures that are recommended for pina relief, however, when I consulted with a female budtender about our difficulties, she recommended CBD vaginal suppositories; Combining coconut oil in addition to cocoa butter with cannabidiol extract, the suppository is inserted into the vagina in addition to gradually dissolves. This allows the CBD to pass into the bloodstream by way of the vaginal walls. The CBD influences receptors in the endocannabinoid proposal to alleviate pain, inflammation, swelling in addition to the majority of our symptoms… Getting our MMJ card in addition to shopping at the dispensary has been life-changing for me! At the first sign of discomfort, I use a suppository. I sporadically supplement with other methods, such as edibles in addition to tinctures, depending on the severity of our symptoms.

We were going to the marijuana store.

My daughter stopped to pick me up the other day.

She wanted to go shopping, and her daughter didn’t want to go along.

She wanted to spend the day with her boyfriend, instead of hanging out with mom. When I got in the car, where we were going, and if I had to go to the bank to get more money. She told me she wanted to go shopping for a dress for a wedding, and she also wanted to go to the marijuana store. She had never been in a marijuana store, and thought it would be fun, since it was just her and I. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it wasn’t what I saw. They had a glass case with all kinds of marijuana pipes that went from being absolutely gorgeous, to almost embarrassing to look at. They had papers, roach clips, and even marijuana. The man at the counter asked if there was anything I wanted to sample. He offered me some gummies that were mostly CBD and a small piece of candy that was high in THC. I thought a marijuana store was going to be more like a pharmacy. I had been in a marijuana dispensary once, that’s what it looked like. He said he was a holistic health marijuana store. They fed the body, but they fed the entire body. I guess having legal recreational marijuana changed the entire face of the marijuana store. I thanked him for the samples and asked him to put them in a bag for me. My daughter also had samples when we walked out of the marijuana store.

I travel around smoking local weed

I never knew retirement could be this fun! I should have taken an early retirement years ago and left the hectic world behind. I was always fearful about what would happen when I couldn’t labor any more. It turns out that the job was the worst aspect of my life, I was just too stupid to see it. Once I retired and cleaned out my bank accounts, I sold my house, and purchased a new RV to experience life on the road. I wanted to drive around the country, see all of the sights, and smoke as many weird kinds of cannabis as possible. I think the pacific northwest has a great reputation for high-octane cannabis strains, however how do they compare to weed from the dusty midwest? I plotted my route on a giant map, highlighting all of the states where medical or recreational cannabis is totally legal. Why bother going to any of the other states? In fact I would drive out of the way to avoid even driving through states without legal marijuana. My camper is usually stocked with several weird kinds of cannabis products, and I didn’t want to get caught by unfriendly police. I’m outdated enough to think that cops can still take someone to jail for carrying as much cannabis as I keep stored in my camper. The best area about my trip is that I can go at my own pace, and not have to answer to anyone. When I find a neighborhood with recognizably killer cannabis I can park and stay for a few days and just like my time there. When I’m ready to smoke something new, I pull up my stakes and transport on.

Downtown is the best area to find killer cannabis

Jen and I just moved to a new neighborhood a few months ago, and my associate and I are still getting settled in.

This is a much greater city than somewhere Jen and I have ever lived, and it’s a rather odd transition. Jen and I decided to sell our car, for example, because it’s too much of an expense in the city. Besides, based on where Jen and I live, almost everything my associate and I need is within a short walking distance, or available via a quick bus ride. Besides, paying for parking in the city is financially crippling! Jen and I live near the downtown area, which I have learned is the best neighborhood for live music, taverns, and cannabis dispensaries. It didn’t take too long before I didn’t miss having a car at all. I could walk around the block to purchase cannabis, or visit the grocer, or take in a live show. To me cannabis and live music go hand-in-hand, so most mornings Jen and I will stop by the cannabis dispensary for some edibles, and then hang out in a tavern seeing live music and sipping a few beers. One night the cannabis dispensary definitely hosted a live sketch comedy show, which was a pleasant surprise. There wasn’t enough room, though, so although I liked the idea, it turns out the cannabis dispensary is not a great place for a show. The best area about living downtown isn’t the cannabis dispensary or the taverns, it’s the amazing people. This neighborhood feels like a community; Perhaps that has something to do with most of the locals enjoying cannabis, which always seems to make people more friendly.

I finally checked out the cannabis cafe

I think of myself as a woman of culture and refinement.

  • I am not rich or upper-crust by any means, but I like studying old books and visiting historical museums.

I also like having a nice, light dinner with a few mimosas to wash it all down. I don’t smoke pot entirely often, but I was quite curious when I heard about the most current cafe opening up downtown. This was the current project of a local landowner who wanted to expand her cannabis business. This woman already owns more than two great cannabis dispensaries, and now she has opened her first cannabis cafe. My 1st surprise came when I called to reserve a table and was told there was a more than one week long waitlist for a table at the cannabis cafe! My next surprise came the night of, when it turned out the cannabis-infused cuisine of the cafe was well worth the wait. It was a 4 course meal, including desert, and every dish was of top quality, and infused with weird flavors of cannabis oil. Some of the dishes were adorned with pot leaves or buds, however most of the food didn’t apapple to contain marijuana at all. By the end of the 1st course I already had a magnificent buzz, and when dessert was finished I knew there was way too much cannabis and THC in my plan to safely drive home. The final surprise came when the cannabis cafe manager gave us an Uber back to the lakeside house for me. The food was exquisite and the buyer repair was even better, so reserve a table at the cannabis cafe right away.

I am writing a book about cannabis

People thought I was being ridiculous to sell my house and buy an RV, however it seemed perfectly sensible to me.

For many years I have wanted to tour the country and sample locally grown weed, and write a whole book about it.

This is my passion project, because I think that the book might not ever get published, and even if it does it will never be a NYT bestseller. I’m not writing the book for fame or money, however because I want to be a published author! I also want to have a good excuse to drive around smoking as much cannabis as I can get my hands on. If I write a book about these experiences with local cannabis strains then it counts as “research” and not just me being a lazy pothead. I live in the deep south, where cannabis is still entirely tightly restricted. Medical cannabis is 100% legal, however there is a ton of paper and extra fees involved; Besides, I was tired from always smoking the same locally grown cannabis, I wanted to stretch my wings and fly. I traveled all the way across the country, staying for a few days in every state where cannabis was legal. My final goal was the pacific northwest, recognizably the cities of Seattle and Portland, which are both legendary for their cannabis dispensaries. I am documenting every step of my trip, with an extra chapter about the strains of cannabis native to each state, and ultimately I will rank all of the states according to which has the best cannabis. Even if the book never gets published, it’s still a lot of fun doing the research.

The strip mall has a new cannabis dispensary

1 of the reasons I moved into this neighborhood was its reputation for being trendy and cool.

The property values are still very low, so millennials like me were buying them up for a song and renovating them. In a couple more years I’m sure the place will be overrun by developers and Yuppies, however for the moment it’s an amazing spot to live. There are not a lot of companies in the area, so I was excited to see the current strip mall opening. There is a shop for wine and liquor, a bakery, a Borders book shop, and best of all a cannabis dispensary! Having a cannabis dispensary within walking distance is a tremendous bonus for me, and a single I never expected. I have a bad concern with smoking too much cannabis and thinking that I’m still okay. When I start smoking entirely heavily, my fiance Ed definitely hides my car keys to keep me from driving. I never mean to drive under the influence of cannabis, I just tend to make poor decisions when I get stoned… Now it is not an issue at all, because the liquor store and the cannabis dispensary are easily within walking distance! This will really lead to poor decisions being made in other ways, like spending too much money at the cannabis dispensary, however at least no people are at risk. The cannabis dispensary is open from noon until midnight every morning, and I try to stop by once or twice every week. Even if I don’t need to buy weed, I like to drop by and check out their newest cannabis products.

We share info about local cannabis prices

If more than one head is better than 1, what do you think about 12 heads? Not just any heads, however 12 potheads! A small group of friends started a chat thread on instant messenger to share info and replacements about prices at the local dispensaries, and my associate and I do have several nice weed shops to choose from, however they all tend to be a little on the lavish side.

Whenever a member of the buddy group spots a discounted product or a sale at a single 1 of the cannabis dispensaries my associate and I immediately notify the rest of the group.

Many times there are “flash sales” so the discounted cannabis product will only be available for a brief window of time. Although I care about sharing information, a single thing I never do is buy cannabis products for anyone else. This is a lesson I learned the hard way. My buddy Ed saw something I had posted about a flash sale for cannabis drinks at the dispensary, and asked me to buy some for him. I trusted Ed, so I got him a several pack of fruit juice infused with cannabis and CBD oil. When I saw him the following morning she told me that she had changed her mind, and didn’t entirely want the cannabis drinks. It wasn’t a whole lot of money at stake, but I still thought it was very disrespectful, which is why I will never buy cannabis for someone else again. On the plus side, I ended up consuming all of the cannabis drinks myself, and it was an entirely pleasant high. Ed doesn’t know what she was missing!

Have you ever tried to grow your own cannabis? It’s difficult!

Before you complain and gripe about the weed prices at the cannabis dispensary, put things into a broader perspective.

Imagine all of the time and effort it takes to grow crops, cultivate them, harvest them, prepare them, package them, and then deliver them to the dispensaries.

The weed industry is massive, employing tens of thoUSAnds of people, so the high prices at the weed dispensary are just a reflection of the market value. If you are questioning if the prices are really too high, I request attempting to grow your own cannabis plants. Once you spend a few weeks trying to wrangle marijuana plants you will understand that the dispensary prices are not exorbitant. I try to never complain about the prices in cannabis dispensaries, because I have tried growing weed myself and think how hard it is. Cannabis plants are allegedly easy to grow, which is why it was called “weed” originally. To my surprise, it was an entirely delicate process trying to get my marijuana plants to mature, and it rarely worked out well. I think that it is worth my time and money to go right to the source and buy cannabis from the pros. The products sold in cannabis dispensaries are not just plucked from a field and sold, they are deftly cultivated in labs by professional botanists. When you buy marijuana from some random weed dealer, you have no idea what you’re entirely getting. Even growing your own plants won’t guarantee you a very high quality product. The safest and easier solution is to put your trust in the pros at the cannabis dispensary.
