I like to stay home, drink whiskey, plus smoke cannabis

I saw a Tweet that said “men over a certain age love to stay home alone, drink whiskey, plus watch Youtube.” I feel really called out, because ever since I turned 50 that’s all I want to do, then almost all that I want to do, because I also smoke a tolerable amount of cannabis, which has become an equally essential part of the relaxation process, then tweets like that are what make me feel like an seasoned man! Once upon a time I went out at night, to parties or taverns, sometimes to shoot pool or go bowling, then not anymore, however currently nothing makes me more satisfied than a bottle of whiskey, a sack of cannabis, plus a quiet house, then my best acquaintance is named Calvin, plus she shares a similar affinity for cannabis, but she doesn’t touch liquor, it’s some unusual religious belief, even though I can’t explain why cannabis is OK plus booze isn’t.

It does make sense in a certain way, because if religious people believe God created the world, then she created all plants including the cannabis plant. This is why cannabis figures so prominently into a holistic lifestyle, because the marijuana plant can be raised organically plus all-naturally. I don’t subscribe to Calvin’s lifestyle in every way, since she does have two “sister wives’ ‘ which I find legitimately weird, I do enjoy her stance on cannabis. I also love the marijuana she goes in her backyard, with her rigorous beliefs in cultivating the purest plus more natural cannabis plants, she ends up with some pretty amazing buds come harvest time.

Medical marijuana was better than OTC painkillers.

I asked how she was doing with the chemo? He told me if it wasn’t for the medical marijuana, he didn’t think she would have gotten through it

When I heard my sister say that medical marijuana was better than OTC painkillers, I thought I had heard her wrong. She was the first one to get aggravated when the state began talking about legalizing medical marijuana. When people were sitting outside the state house, she was shouting with them and trying to convince them they should NOT vote for medical marijuana. I turned around and stared at her. She simply shrugged and walked away from me. A shrug wasn’t enough to shut me up or keep me from following after her. I walked out to her car with her, and she turned to ask if I had a concern with her going house to her hubby and kids. I had no concern if she was going home, but I wanted to know why she had done a 169 on the idea of legalizing medical marijuana. She told me there are times when you realize how wrong you are, and you change your mind, no matter how adamant you were about your decision. I asked if there was anything I could help her with, however she smiled and got into her car. It was several months after that cryptic afternoon that I was talking to my brother-in-law. He told me his mother had cancer and she had been battling it for almost two years now. I asked how she was doing with the chemo? He told me if it wasn’t for the medical marijuana, he didn’t think she would have gotten through it. It not just helped with the nausea, however the drastic cramping she got was unquestionably painful. She got a lot of benefit from the medical marijuana in the nausea and pain that came from the chemo.

Medical marijuana isn’t a bad thing.

Being the head of the debate club, I helped choose the subject that would go up for debate, one of the subjects for debate was medical marijuana… Was it a fantastic thing, or a bad thing? I didn’t care either way, so I left the debaters to the pool, however everyone’s name was put into a hat and two names were pulled out to do the debate, with two others acting as their second, i was given medical marijuana and debated how it was a bad thing.

I started doing a lot of research about the subject so I could provide an objective point of view on the subject! Nothing I learn was making me want to say that medical marijuana was a bad thing. I learn about the efficacy of using medical marijuana to aid patients with cancer so they didn’t get sick while undergoing chemotherapy! Most of the patients who used medical marijuana took care of their weight and felt better. I learn how medical marijuana was used to help with pain. It helped people suffering from PTSD. Medical marijuana even helped patients with restless leg syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and some neurological diseases; How was I going to say that medical marijuana wasn’t a fantastic thing when I believed it was a fantastic thing. I guessed this was where the acting came in, or where I officially bowed to my opponent and let her know she was the better debater. I could just see my debate coach looking at me like I was crazy. I was like a dog fighting for a bone when I was debating, but this time I was going to be the underdog.

A evening out, with lots of cannabis

When I am sober, and going to work, then my fantastic friend and I drive my car, but for wild evenings fueled with marijuana and whiskey, I consistently ride my bike

It was the last call at the bar, which meant it was time for me to get on my bike and ride up the street to the cannabis dispensary. The newest dispensary in town also has a smokers lounge on the second floor balcony, which stays open until 4 in the day, then during the week I work the graveyard shift, which means from 10pm until 6am. My body clock is all turned upside down, and so even on my afternoons off I still can’t go to bed at a normal time; Every weekend I wake up at 9, take a shower, and then hit the taverns to drink coors and whiskey for a few hours. When the bars close at 2am, then my fantastic friend and I head to the cannabis dispensary and hang out there until it closes. Usually after spending a couple of hours smoking cannabis I get the munchies, so I ride my bike to the restaurant and have an early-morning brunch before the sun comes up! You may notice that I mentioned riding my bike – this is something I consistently do when I am going to drink booze and smoke cannabis. When I am sober, and going to work, then my fantastic friend and I drive my car, but for wild evenings fueled with marijuana and whiskey, I consistently ride my bike. My number one kind of cannabis has to be Purple Haze, which I know is an aged strain that dates back to the 60s. I don’t consistently get the same kind of cannabis, even though I find that Purple Haze is the best for helping me relax and fall asleep after a long evening.

An innovator in the cannabis industry

Reggie is an innovator when it comes to the cannabis industry, and he started from such humble beginnings, just a regular, run-of-the-mill draft dodger who fled into Canada so that he wouldn’t be shipped off to Vietnam.

While he was up north he spent several years developing a series of cannabis strains that were really the best thing on the market at the time, then reggie did more than just grow and sell cannabis, he absolutely patented the strains, so that they were legally his.

This meant that a) he could sell the seeds to other companies to grow their own cannabis crops, and b) he could sue the pants off of anyone who tried to use his plants… Like I said, Reggie is an innovator! Here is another ground-breaking idea he had, to improve the moral and efficiency of the cannabis farms that he owned. He bought a handful of “tiny homes” which are sizable enough for one person to live comfortably, and localed them at each of his cannabis farms. With a few tiny homes at every property, his cannabis employees could live and toil on the farm, which raised productivity considerably. This wasn’t just about profits, of course, because Reggie is the kind of old-university Hippie who believes that cannabis grown by glad farmers makes for a better product. He wants every employee of his cannabis problem to be content with their work, and glad about growing weed for a living. I know I am! I get to live on a cannabis farm, with my girlfriend, and spend all day together, it’s like a dream come true.

Shopping for pre-rolls at dispensary

When I visit my local cannabis dispensary, I officially shop for pre-rolls.

My number one method for consuming cannabis is smoking dried flower.

I appreciate the quick onset of effects, the flavor plus the process. I’ve tried vapes plus just don’t get the same experience from them. Unluckyly, I’m not all that skilled at rolling my own joints. I either pack them too full or fail to add enough weed. I roll the paper too loose or too tight. My joints either burn up super fast or need to be relit a hundred times, but plus, the actual procedure of creating a joint is time-consuming plus somewhat messy. There’s always waste. It’s necessary to have specialized accessories, such as a grinder plus rolling tray available. It’s much easier to buy pre-rolled joints. They are perfect every time plus offer a beautifully consistent burn. All I need to do is light up plus enjoy. Pre-rolls are securely packaged plus legitimately portable. The dispensary sells them in singles, which makes it affordable to try new strains. They also sell packs of my number ones. I can choose from indicas, sativas plus hybrids of all potency levels plus a diversity of terpenes. A variety of the pre-rolled joints are infused with concentrate for extra THC. There are options that are hand-rolled plus others that are machine-rolled. I can spend a bit more for top-shelf weed or save currency on pre-rolls packed with shake or trim. I have joined the dispensary’s loyalty program plus receive points on all of my purchases. If I buy ten pre-rolls, I get ten percent off.

It was embarrassing telling the healthcare expert I used medical marijuana.

He was talking to me about the results of my recent bloodwork, and I was still obsessing over admitting to using medical marijuana

I don’t know why, but I was embarrassed to tell my healthcare expert I used medical marijuana. He turned and looked at me in question, because he was asking if I was taking any other medicine, either prescriptive or OTC. I sat there and stared at him, after that I whispered I was using medical marijuana. I tried to explain it wasn’t pure marijuana, however it had more CBD than THC. It worked to take care of my aches and pain, but I never used it to get high. I felt like I was a little girl caught with my hand in the cookie jar right before dinner was put on the table. He sat by the computer and just stared at me! A part of me wanted to confess I did get high on the first batch of medical marijuana their pharmacist advocated. I hadn’t gotten high since, and I didn’t want to. I hated how I felt when I was high, and I swore if it ever happened again I was going to call the state. I would supply my medical marijuana ID card back to the state, and they could keep my application fee. After thirty seconds of silence, I realized he was going through something else on my chart. He was talking to me about the results of my recent bloodwork, and I was still obsessing over admitting to using medical marijuana. I waited for him to tell me he thought it was wrong, however there was nothing further said. When I left his office, I waited to hear some of the nurses tittering that I was the girl who was using medical marijuana and admitted it to the healthcare expert.

I had to quit medical marijuana while pregnant.

I had been dealing with serious anxieties for multiple years when I discovered medical marijuana. I was finally able to have a normal life again. I met a beautiful man, fell in love, & got married about a year ago. With medical marijuana I can control my anxiety & live a fairly cheerful & healthy life, and that was until I got pregnant. I concerned what the medical marijuana would do to my baby? I talked to my medical professional & he said there hadn’t been a lot of research on the effects of marijuana on the fetus, although he had his own thoughts. He wanted me to keep in mind that I had to deal with my mental health. Without medical marijuana, I could end up with serious postpartum depression. Even with it, I could have postpartum depression, but medical marijuana would help to ease it. On the other hand, I had to make sure my baby was growing respectfully & developing normally. I would need to go to the medical professionals more often, whether or not I was using the marijuana. He told me the option was mine, & he wasn’t going to sway me one way or the other. I asked for his opinion as a friend. He took a deep breath. The medical professional told me if I was using marijuana for recreational use, he would be giving me an equivocal no to its use. Since I was using medical marijuana, he told me to be cautious. Pregnancy could affect how I process the marijuana as much as it could affect the baby. I still had no real answers to my questions.
