A topical to fight cramps from biking

I have gotten really into biking.

I invested in a high quality bike, clothing, water bottle mount, phone mount and hand grips.

I now bike everyday for a workout. Sometimes I go for distance and I bike for hours on smooth terrain. Sometimes I do a shorter ride on rougher terrain that contains bumps and hills. I am alway smoking though. I have noticed a difference in my butt and thighs. I feel so much healthier. I have started getting some cramps though. Since all the weight is on my hands, my palm and finger are cramps a lot. I also have been noticing some tightening in my quads. I am worried I will get cramps there. I tried icing and a heating pad. It helps somewhat. It wasn’t a perfect fix though. I got a massage and that relay didn’t do a thing either. I looked online and found that a topical, which is a cannabis product, could help with cramping. It is a cream that is laced with CBD. You apply it to the inflamed muscle and it is supposed to soothe it and help promote healthy heeling. So far I have only been using my topic for a week. I have noticed a difference though. My hands feel a lot better and my quads don’t feel tight. I just feel looser and more relaxed in those muscles. I like the smell of the cream too. It smells like lilies and mint. It is much better than icy hot for sure.
