I grew up on the west coast when I was young, however my life has never been there even for a visit, however I do remember that for our recent birthday, every one of us decided to fly to the west coast quickly for a one-week getaway.
- Both of us stayed for a full week in the southern area of the state.
After that every one of us stayed for a full week in the north area that is full of vineyards and lovely wineries. Both of us had a lovely time during our visit and I was surprised to see a whole lot of changes since I was there almost 15 years ago. One massive thing that has changed a lot is the fact that recreational marijuana is legalized these days. When I lived on the west coast, marijuana was only legal for medical purposes, like cancer. It was taxing to find a medical marijuana dispensary. That certainly has changed since marijuana has been legalized for recreational and medical purposes in the region. My partner and I were surprised to see an abundance of dispensaries all over the streets. There were plenty of big-name dispensaries including medmen, trulieve, and harvest, however there were also a lot of very small dispensaries with their own unique strain of weed. While my partner and I enjoyed our time seeing all of the sites at that point, every one of us also enjoyed using recreational marijuana. It was easy to find just about everywhere that every one of us decided to go and use marijuana every day.
