Found compassion as well as marijuana for sale

Social anxiety has been so incredibly tortuous for me. Deep inside, I’m a caring, giving and social person. But once I’m around people, I just feeze up. Just going to work can be so tough. Honestly, I loved having to work remotely from home for a year during the pandemic. However, since working up the courage to go to the local cannabis spot, my life had changed like I never thought was even possible. First came medical marijuana but I was too scared to try for a medical marijuana card. Even though a dear friend encouraged me to try it, I stuck with the meds from the doctor. But the fact was that I had been on all sorts of meds for the better part of a decade and a half. Sure, they were better than nothing but not by much as the efficacy always waned and the side effects worsened. Then recreational marijuana was legalized and that was two years ago. It took me so long to just get it together to go out of my house anywhere much less to a cannabis dispensary. But the very first time I went in, I discovered much more than just cannabis products. The people working there seemed to immediately sense my discomfort and were so totally compassionate with me. And they tailored the cannabis products to my social anxiety. Mostly, I use sativa strains but I’ve also found that there are hybrid strains that help me tremendously as well. It really is like night and day. Even my boss commented that I was like a different person. But it’s the people at the local cannabis spot that really were the ones to embrace me just as I am. They knew full well that marijuana was going to help big time.

SEO and marketing companies offers variety of different services

SEO and marketing companies offer a variety of different benefits. Marketing companies can help grow your business. Marketing companies get paid to understand the audience and clientele. Marketing companies get paid to understand buying trends. To help boost online marketing. Pay per click advertising is a model that includes advertisers paying for each person that is sent to their website. There is an auction for the ad placement and the winner agrees to pay a fee or fine every time someone clicks on the ad. Some of the pay-per-click ad fees may be much lower than others, depending on the geography, content, and number of people searching for that term. Search engine optimization and marketing companies can help you build your business in a matter of months. I needed a SEO company to help me with an internet marketing project. I wanted to completely change the look and feel of the cannabis store website. I was looking for someone with experience in cannabis stores. It was hard to find someone local with that type of experience due to the fact that cannabis has only been legal for a couple of months. I had to settle for a company that had great reviews online. They were also the number one search company for internet marketing in my city so that was refreshingly optimistic. If they can figure out a way to snag the top spot for the search engine optimization company, then I’m sure they’ll be able to work hard to figure out how to put my cannabis store at the top of the list.

Our old website was hard to navigate

Every few days we were getting complaints about the website for the cannabis shop. I knew that it was hard to navigate and some of the links were broken, but I didn’t know who to hire to help. When my wife and I opened the cannabis dispensary, her brother was helping us out with all of the technical internet stuff. All I knew how to do was grow cannabis. My wife didn’t know much about the internet side of things either. When we got into a huge fight with her brother, he stopped helping us with the cannabis website and we had to find someone else. After getting 100 complaints in one weekend, I finally said that enough is enough. I called around town and found a marketing company that could help us fix up the old website. The marketing company didn’t know a lot about cannabis dispensaries, but I promised to help with any questions they had. Our old website was hard to navigate and people were only searching two or three pages before they were leaving. I really wanted to change those statistics. The longer a person or customer stays on a website, the more likely they are to order a product or spend money. I told the marketing team that it was important to make changes that were going to increase business at the cannabis dispensary and the marketing company told me that they were going to help. A couple of days later, we had the first mock-ups of the new website. We got five different styles to choose from and then they started working on the search engine optimization.

Vodka and cannabis on the weekends

It’s the weekend, which means it’s time to get blotto! During the week I am Mr.

Clean, constantly on time, constantly working hard, constantly there to help others.

On the weekends I get to break loose and be myself, which means indulging in all the weed and alcohol I avoid during the rest of the week. My weekends are my special private time. I block out the rest of the world, forget about my stresses and worries, and focus on seeing films, playing video games, and getting wrecked. My two vices are cannabis and vodka, which I use to induce a state of transcendental peace and harmony in my spirit. If you are curious as to why I never smoke cannabis or drink liquor during the week, the answer is simple – I work at a daycare center. I cannot afford any lapses in judgment in dealing with little kids, which means no smoking cannabis at all during the week. Of course I would never smoke cannabis while at work, although I worry about doing it the night before and not being fully sober when I get to the daycare. Once Monday afternoon hits, I drive to the liquor store and then the cannabis dispensary, and begin a weekend of fun and relaxation. My favorite strains are OG Kush and Blue Dream, although lately I have been experimenting with cannabis drinks, as well. Using cannabis infused fruit juice as a mixer for my vodka makes for a real mind-eraser, and that is just what I need to have an enjoyable weekend.

Sativa strains are best for enjoying horror films

It’s one thing to know it from personal experience, however quite another to prove it in a psychology research paper! In terms of my education, this cannabis and horror project was a highlight because it combined two of my great passions

Horror films and cannabis go together like peanut butter and jelly, or cookies and milk. There is a psychological reason for this, and I should know because it was the subject of my dissertation in school. I spent six months on this project, collecting data from all my family, friends, and friends. I would supply the weed, and the horror films, and then take notes on the results. Psychology is one of the “soft sciences” which relies on observation data more than quantifiable numbers. One thing I know for a fact is that horror films are more engrossing and frightening when accompanied by cannabis. You want to know why? Because cannabis helps to relax the mind and turn off unnecessary thoughts. After a long stressful afternoon, people will smoke cannabis to relax and unwind. This mental aspect of cannabis makes people more susceptible to suspending their disbelief and getting absorbed in the film, which in turn makes the film much scarier and more entertaining. It’s one thing to know it from personal experience, however quite another to prove it in a psychology research paper! In terms of my education, this cannabis and horror project was a highlight because it combined two of my great passions. One thing I discovered, which also was not a big surprise, is that horror movie watchers benefit a lot more from smoking sativa than smoking indica. The indica strains induce sleepiness and relaxation, which often means the smoker will fall asleep before the film is over! When it comes to horror films, constantly stick with sativa strains.

The government charges too much for cannabis

For me $600 would buy me three months worth of cannabis products, which is why I feel the price is so outrageous

For the last six months I have had to drive by a cannabis dispensary on my way to work, and then again on the way home. If God is indeed real, then He put this dispensary in my path to taunt me. In this state not just any random person can shop at a dispensary. First you have to get a doctor’s approval, and then you need to get the approval of the state, who will issue you a prescription Rx card! Did I mention the $600? That’s another part of the process! After you get approved, you still have to pay the state six hundred bucks before they issue the card. I just want to buy some cannabis, I don’t want to be extorted! That’s the government for you, I suppose, wringing a few extra bucks out of the cannabis consumer just because they can. If I sound salty, it’s because I am, after driving past a cannabis dispensary every single afternoon, however not being allowed inside. I am a conservative smoker, which means I smoke little cannabis on a weekly basis, although I do smoke it every afternoon. For me $600 would buy me three months worth of cannabis products, which is why I feel the price is so outrageous. Not to mention the prices in the cannabis dispensary are not exactly low! I understand that they sell the highest quality cannabis, so they have to charge accordingly. But since I am not rich, this all seems like too much money to invest in smoking cannabis, especially when I can keep buying my stuff from Roy down the street.

Promoting the legalization of recreational cannabis

A few years ago a local advocacy group used to host an annual street festival called HempFest.

I know that there were many different Hempfests in different states, however ours was the best.

There was a stage for live music and slam rap, food trucks and local vendors set up booths to sell merch. More than anything else, it was just plain fun! I looked forward to HempFest every year, until eventually they stopped. After medical cannabis was legalized in this state, the advocacy group decided they had won the battle, so they stopped fighting. If any of you people are reading this, let me plead with you to keep fighting! Medical cannabis is great, however recreational cannabis should also be legal! Look at the other states that have legalized recreational cannabis and see how much they have succeeded. What the government never seemed to understand about marijuana is that one way or another people are going to use it. Criminalize it, demonize it, do whatever you want, however people will always find a way to get their hands on marijuana. When a state, such as Oregon or Colorado, makes legal cannabis dispensaries, it cuts down on other crime, and provides a modern revenue stream for the government. Money that was staying in the cannabis black market can now be used for legit projects that benefit the citizens. They say a rising tide lifts all boats, and this is 100% accurate when it comes to marijuana! Until they revive HempFest, I will do everything I can to promote the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Protecting the cannabis dispensary after hours

My plan was to post a couple of armed ex-soldiers out front of the cannabis dispensary overnight, while it was closed, however nobody was going to mess with these guys

I live in a big city that has a lot of cannabis dispensaries. There are eighteen of them within the city limits, and another dozen or so in the areas nearby. I manage one of the smaller dispensaries, and have joined a group chat on Facebook where I can exchange information with all the other shop supervisors. I do this as an act of self-protection. We exchange information about clients because we want to look out for one another. Yesterday I read a message in the group chat that was pretty frightening – one of the cannabis dispensaries outside of the neighborhood had been robbed. In the middle of the day, when the cannabis shop was empty, thieves ripped the front doors off of the building and stole $18,000 worth of products and money. They literally ripped the steel bars off the front of the cannabis dispensary, then ran inside and stole everything they could get their hands on. In a panic about protecting my store, I called my Dad and asked if any of his roughneck friends would be interested in an overnight cannabis security job. My dad was in the Marines and knows a lot of hard guys. My plan was to post a couple of armed ex-soldiers out front of the cannabis dispensary overnight, while it was closed, however nobody was going to mess with these guys. I offered to pay them, however as it turns out these gentlemen were willing to work for cannabis instead of money! I spread the word to the other cannabis dispensary supervisors, as well, because I feel this idea will work.

Should ex-cons be allowed to labor at the cannabis dispensary?

Eventually I won the confrontation, and Bill was allowed to work the front door of the cannabis dispensary for me; From there, my shop had a phase of tranquility and growth, because Bill constantly kept the peace, and he proved to be undoubtedly popular

Dave was the first ex-con I hired to work at my shop. I acquired some pushback from my corporate bosses about this. They considered Dave to be, in their words, “a risky hire.” I explained to them that Dave had done three years in jail because of cannabis possession. That is no longer a crime in this state, so I didn’t understand why it should be held against him. If anything, this proved that Dave was committed to the cause of cannabis, because he had served time for it! I won that fight, and Dave became the newest budtender at my little cannabis dispensary, and six months later I hired another ex-con, a big beefy biker named Bill, to work the front door of my cannabis dispensary. This caused a lot of trouble with my corporate bosses, because Bill had been arrested for robbing a cannabis dealer. I argued that this made Bill the best possible option to run security, because he knew the mind of a cannabis thief. Eventually I won the confrontation, and Bill was allowed to work the front door of the cannabis dispensary for me; From there, my shop had a phase of tranquility and growth, because Bill constantly kept the peace, and he proved to be undoubtedly popular. Bill looks frightening, but he is funny and kind, and the cannabis clients have taken to him. There is still an ongoing debate in the corporation about hiring ex-cons, however in my cannabis dispensary it has been a great experience. What do you think? Hit me up with your comments!

Security is vital for a cannabis dispensary

An essential part of any cannabis dispensary is the security guard.

I doubt anyone learning this is a virgin to dispensaries, however in case you live in a state that has legalized weed yet, let me explain.

Every dispensary will have a person at the door who checks IDs or medical cannabis cards. These businesses don’t want random people just coming in to look around, this is how shoplifting happens. The guard makes sure everyone who wants to come inside is legally able to do so, but cannabis dispensaries rarely have trouble with clients, so the security guard rarely has to throw anyone out or act like a regular security officer. It’s absolutely more like a bouncer at a club, making sure that only the right people have access to the cannabis dispensary. The biggest job for the cannabis dispensary security officer is to make sure none of the clients are inebriated or under the influence of something. Obviously most of the clients already have cannabis in their systems, that is not the issue. The issue is that there are many bars and clubs in the area, and some people want to get hammered and then stagger into the cannabis dispensary! Basically the biggest problem my friend and I face at the cannabis dispensary is liquor. When people smoke too much cannabis they get docile and tired, however when they drink too much alcohol they get belligerent and aggressive. My associate and I don’t need drunks in the shop, which is why Stan, the new security officer, is so pricey to the cannabis dispensary – nobody messes with Stan!
