Getting back to basic thanks to local cannabis spot
I have been far too serious for far too long.
And it took one of my daughters to point it out in a fashion that hit me hard.
Thanks to a return to recreational marijuana, I’m lightening up. My youngest had just graduated from college and we had a party for her. Her siblings and many friends attended. It was a beautifully put together affair and my wife really did herself proud. Toward the end of the night, my daughter and I were outside sitting in the quiet. She turned to me and said the best part of the night was seeing me smile. That hit me between the eyes. It was there and then that I started to take stock of just who I had become. There was a time when I was young that life was magic and the seriousness of life was put in perspective. This was also the time in my life that I used recreational marijuana. Actually, both my wife and I did. I stopped using cannabis due to drug tests being part of my job back then. And I never went back to it. Instead, I became a much more rigid and serious person than I thought I ever could be. My wife and I discussed it at length after that night and decided that we would take a trip down to the cannabis dispensary. Recreational marijuana was no legal and marijuana for sale was accessible. So, like a couple of giggly kids we went to the cannabis dispensary. Once there, we found helpful staff members that were able to help us find the right cannabis product choice and the right THC level. Since then, things have been a lot lighter in my life.
