Cannabis cooking is best with desserts

Cooking has always been a low-key passion of mine.

By that I mean that I enjoy it but I’m not really that great at it. It’s not something I want to pursue as a career or anything serious like that, I just enjoy doing it. Cooking and baking help me relax, and help me keep these curves! Well, with the long lockdown in effect, I have had a lot more time than ever before to focus on food, and I have been putting that time to good use. For the first time ever I cooked with cannabis, and found the results to be delightful. I started the same place everyone does, with pot brownies and marijuana infused chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. They both turned out great, they looked a little funny because I had just stirred giant clumps of cannabis into the batter. From there I realized I had to get a grinder and finely turn the cannabis into powder, which made it disappear into the cookie or brownie batter and also helped them to cook more evenly. After that it was a short jump to realizing I should use cannabis oil instead of grinding up buds, and that helped make a better brownie, as well. Once I got the cannabis oil all bets were off, and I started mixing it into everything I cooked just to see what would happen. It turns out the cannabis infused mac and cheese is not very good! After some experiments, I decided that my cannabis cooking is done best while sticking to desserts.
